Outreach Communication Officer – AI Factory Luxembourg

Your role

• Lead the AI Sphere initiative from concept to execution, including programme design, communication strategy, partner coordination, and performance monitoring: KPIs and reporting
• Plan, organise, and support events, e.g., webinars, hackathons, matchmaking, seminars, including logistics, speaker coordination, participant support, and post-event content
• Develop and implement communication strategies highlighting AI talent development in Luxembourg and the University’s role within Luxembourg AI Factory
• Create multimedia content for the Luxembourg AI Factory channels, e.g., articles, newsletters, social media, press releases, videos, podcasts
• Manage and update dedicated web pages on WordPress for the Luxembourg AI Factory and the University
