Outside Plant (OSP) Designer specializing in CAD.
Job Summary
Responsible for planning and designing external telecommunications infrastructure, including route designs, detailed construction drawings, site surveys, and ensuring all outside plant elements comply with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform drafting in AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Transpose designs from one system into other database types.
- Peer review finished drawing packages.
- Read and interpret fibre network design drawings and outside plant records (data, maps).
