We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join and support our expanding sales team at Hybrid Power Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter who embodies our company values.
The candidate should be versatile, with experience in account management, strategic growth planning, and creating end-user demand within the construction, mining, military, and transit verticals. A basic understanding of power and generator systems and a willingness to lead market entry are essential.
Responsibilities
- Cold call or visit construction sites, transit locations, commercial, and customer sites to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with end users and account representatives within the assigned region.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply, demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
