Setting: In Home Assessments
Statewide Opportunities: Opportunities are available throughout most counties statewide. Assignments are scheduled based on provider availability and county demand, with opportunities in all but a limited number of restricted counties.
Travel and Lodging: Airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations are provided based on provider availability.

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform in home health and wellness assessments for geriatric patients.
