Job Description
For an international pharmaceutical organization, in the North-Brabant region, we are looking for a Packaging & Process Engineer to join the Center of Excellence Technical Operations.
You will work in both local and international project teams, combining strong technical expertise with project coordination and, where required, team leadership, while collaborating closely with departments such as Operations, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in products, processes, equipment, and suppliers.
- Initiate, coordinate, execute, and report on fact findings, investigations, root cause analyses, CAPEX projects, tech transfers, validations, changes, and continuous improvements.
