We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who lives and breathes data, experiments fast, and scales what works. You’ll own paid acquisition across channels and be accountable for growth metrics end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Track and improve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to build high-converting assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights.
- Manage budgets and forecast performance at scale.
