Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic and physical corporate minute books for Cogeco Inc., Cogeco Communications Inc., and their Canadian subsidiaries.
- Maintain public registers applicable to federal and provincial companies (including REQ, Statistics Canada, and Corporations Canada).
- Perform various tasks to meet securities requirements for reporting issuers, including SEDI filings and TSX filings/updates.
- Participate in the preparation of continuous disclosure documents.
- Assist in preparing corporate legal documentation for Board of Directors and committee meetings.
- Create Board and committee meeting books on the Diligent electronic platform and maintain up-to-date reference documentation for directors.
- Participate in the annual Board evaluation process.
- Support various corporate reorganization projects or M&A transactions.
