This is animmediate need for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of probate procedures and/or estate planning matters. The firm offers a collaborative, respectful environment with long-term stability and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
Prepare and file probate pleadings and court forms, including petitions, inventories, and accountings
