Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will serve as a Paralegal Specialist in the Criminal Division for the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria, VA. Typical work assignments will include: Performing substantive research, evaluation and analysis of specialized legal topics and points of law. Organizing and preparing research material, determining pertinent information, reconciling conflicting facts, identifying and gathering additional information and making sound interpretations. Preparing indices of legal and administrative material. and independently develops appropriate conclusions and justifications.
