The part-time Assistant Resident Manager will work four days weekly at one of our properties, supporting the upkeep and functionality of our residential spaces. Key responsibilities include cleaning common areas, performing minor maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

• Clean hallways, stairs, and elevators
• Perform minor maintenance repairs
• Prepare apartments for new resident moves

Requirements:
