The Banquet Captain assists the Events Coordinator in guiding the event planning process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You’ll work under deadlines, remain composed under pressure, and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Food & Beverage team during event proceedings
• Facilitate client tours of banquet facilities
• Manage on-site ceremony rehearsals and communications
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality event planning is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to variable shifts that may include evenings
