Part-time (Evening) Instructor (Engineering)(O/HW-ENG/PTE_I(ENG)/06/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties, including student assessment and operating and maintaining training facilities and equipment to support teaching and learning; (b) To provide support in programme operations; (c) To prepare and update teaching and assessment materials; (d) To implement practical sessions safely; (e) To attend meetings to provide recommendations and suggestions on improvement in the areas of the programme / module; and (f) Other duties assigned by the Programme-Leader / Module-Leader. Requirements: (a) A recognised higher diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; (b) At least 3 years’ work or teaching experience in the relevant industry; (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in Chinese; (d) For the practical training modules: Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) is preferable; and (e) The ability to pass a trade test.
