Make a difference as a Temporary Part-Time Registered Nurse at Southbridge Care Homes in Port Perry, Ontario. Support resident care through medication administration and assessments during evening shifts.
As a key player in enriching the lives of residents, you will ensure nursing standards are met while participating in multidisciplinary meetings to optimize care. Your role includes assessing resident needs and developing care plans, while also guiding nursing staff to enhance care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe, report, and record vital signs and resident conditions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Supervise and train nursing staff in the unit
• Prepare the facility for RAI MDS assessments
• Take charge in the absence of the Director of Care
