- Modeling and coaching to provide an ultimate customer experience across sales, merchandising, and store operations.
- Suggest looks incorporating the latest trends and current promotions aligned with consumer needs and Levi's service approach.
- Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
