:· Reporting to the Department Manager, the Parts Coordinator is responsible for all coordination duties related directly to preventative maintenance, parts, documentation and the overall maintenance department. Ensures continued availability and requisition of all required parts for the Maintenance department while assisting in the continuous improvement of the preventative maintenance program.
Essential Functions:
· Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
· Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements.
· Process all incoming requisitions for parts in coordination in SAP with the Maintenance Manager and the Mechanics.
