Job Description
**Position Summary:**
Under general supervision, the parts specialist is responsible for assisting customers by processing parts orders and requests for quotes, researching technical information, answering incoming phones and email inquiries, expediting orders, and other tasks as assigned, while providing excellent customer service and maximizing part sales.
**Essential Functions of the Job:**
+ Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries concerning product information in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
+ Performs various customer service functions including answering incoming customer calls, order entry, expediting/tracking parts orders, technical support and parts research.
+ Research information and communicates with other departments as necessary, in responding to customer inquiries.
