The Role
As Pastry A, you are responsible for managing a specific section of the pastry shop, overseeing production execution to ensure it meets departmental standards. Your focus remains on maintaining high quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation across all products. Additionally, you provide guidance and support to junior team members while collaborating closely with the Executive/Head Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
