Role Overview
The Patient Care Specialist (PCS) is the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in the Patient Support Program and, where applicable, prescribing physicians. The PCS delivers high‑quality customer service throughout the patient journey, ensuring program offerings are managed and delivered effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact for patients and prescribing physicians.
- Conduct welcome calls to obtain patient consent and introduce program offerings.
- Inform patients about case management, reimbursement, self‑injection training, prescription coordination, and ongoing compliance.
