Daily Responsibilities
Use HHA eXchange to:
- Monitor and resolve missed visits.
- Verify Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).
- Maintain compliance.
- Manage assigned caseload to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
- Strategically assign caregivers based on availability and patient needs.
- Maintain consistent and accurate schedule coverage.
- Attend required departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve coverage gaps.
- Keep HHA eXchange updated with caregiver/patient records and communication notes.
- Prioritize urgent staffing needs for no-shows or call-outs.
- Respond professionally to inquiries from caregivers, patients, insurance providers, and nurses.
