A day in the life of a Payment Administration Specialist
Post manual payments to customer accounts
Post and manage incoming and eTransfer
Process recurring visa debit payments and reversals
Complete goeasy tickets within our ticketing portal and providing excellent customer service, coaching and support to the retail network
Support management with day-to-day requirements
Provide backup coverage to other peers within the Central Administration Department
What We Are Looking For
- 1 - 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role
- Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
