In this role, reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee payroll for hourly employees in Canada and manage benefits for team members in Taiwan. Your expertise in HR systems, particularly the Dayforce payroll system, will be instrumental in optimizing employee processes. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of payroll administration experience and a desire to enhance HR functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer weekly payroll for hourly employees in Canada
• Manage payroll for employees in Taiwan with partner SD Worx
• Handle employee benefits enrollment, termination, and renewals
• Support managers and respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain data integrity within the HR management system
