Qualifications
- Managing all end-to-end payroll processes.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, overtime pay, leave, incentives, and all legal payroll components.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
- Maintaining and continuously improving the operation of HR systems;
- Supporting the implementation of new HR Information Systems (HRIS) modules and digital HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with the Turkish Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK) procedures, and payroll legislation
- Preparing documents for internal and external audits
- Collaborating closely with HR teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy
