Elevate payroll processes with your expertise as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. This role focuses on payroll management and teamwork within the Payroll, Benefits, and HR departments.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Payroll and HR teams while processing time entries, payroll cycles, and tax forms. You will play a crucial part in ensuring employees are paid accurately by handling inquiries and maintaining payroll records. Your contributions will support both the Senior Payroll Accountant and the overall payroll efficiency in a busy environment.

• Process and upload payroll entries as scheduled
• Address payroll inquiries from stakeholders
• Assist with semi-monthly full-cycle payroll
• Support report preparation and employee data management
• Help review new processes and system documentation
