Objective / Purpose of the Function
Provide quality services, supporting the payroll coordinator.
Main Responsibilities- Process and calculate the weekly payroll (KPI)
- Calculate, withhold, and pay all payroll taxes (KPI).
- Submit terminations, additions, and salary modifications to the IMSS-IDSE (Mexican Social Security Institute).
- Calculate and prepare the annual salary and wage adjustment payroll for applicable employees.
- Respond to all legal requirements associated with payroll taxes and withholdings.
- Review the hours worked by employees and verify them with HR.
- Coordinate external payroll audits to obtain a clean report.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual salary and wage budget.
- Reconcile accumulated payroll with monthly accounting records.
