Role Purpose
As a Payroll Team Leader, you will coordinate and execute payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely employee payments in line with established payroll process guidelines, best practices, and local legislative requirements.
You will lead a team of payroll professionals, ensuring policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently applied while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
