In this full-time, permanent STT Trainer – Fixed Ops role, you will develop expertise in PBS software while facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions. Emphasizing customer engagement and satisfaction, you will also support new software implementations, maintain accurate documentation, and foster positive relationships with clients.
