POSITION OVERVIEW
The Pedagogical Lead (Montessori) plays a critical leadership role within The Learning Nest Academy (LNA) by guiding the operational and educational excellence of assigned classrooms. Reporting to the Centre Director, the Pedagogical Lead is responsible for mentoring and coaching educators, while holding them accountable to program standards and Montessori implementation. This role ensures a high-quality learning environment, actively monitors and enforces adherence to Montessori practices and fosters professional development among team members.
