We are looking for a pelvic health trained therapist that will help grow and build our pelvic health program! We have a large referral base with system wide support and mentorship for pelvic health therapists. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Responsible for providing safe and effective Physical Therapy services by implementing appropriate evaluation, treatment, and education designed to meet the identified needs and functional goals of the patient. Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, families/caregivers, and team members. Promotes teamwork.
