Role Overview
As a People & Culture Business Partner at our Abbotsford, BC location, you will play a key role in supporting the People & Culture department and the broader business. You will deliver a full cycle of HR services focused on organizational development, employee relations, and talent management to help drive the company's vision and strategic goals. Your work will ensure effective employee engagement, development, and retention while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days working onsite in Abbotsford.

- Partner with business leaders to deliver full-cycle HR services aligned with organizational goals.
