As an Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Director of People & Culture. This position encompasses key areas such as Employer Branding, Talent Selection, Onboarding, and Employee Engagement. Your expertise will elevate employee experiences and contribute to a vibrant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily People & Culture Department operations
• Train and support the People & Culture team
• Foster strong employee relations and trust
• Act as an internal consultant for HR concerns
• Manage engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Requirements:
• 3+ years in People & Culture or HR
• Degree in HR or related field preferred
• Strong employment legislation knowledge
• Leadership experience in a unionized environment
