As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a pivotal role partnering with operational leaders across New Zealand, delivering practical P&C advice and support in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting. You will be visible on site, building genuine relationships and providing high‑quality advice and support where it matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert P&C and ER advice to business leaders and employees
- Lead and support investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management
- Prepare employment agreements, variations, and a range of P&C documentation
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment campaign management, including onboarding and off‑boarding functions
- Coach leaders to build capability in people management, ER, and best‑practice
