What You’ll Own
- Support and facilitate Co‑Pilot Sessions and follow‑up actions
- Help coordinate conversations and follow‑through around team dynamics or people experience situations
- Support and execute key cultural rituals and ecosystem experiences across hubs
- Help ensure cultural artifacts and initiatives stay consistent, energized, and aligned with /slantis values
- Help manage initiatives such as:
- eNPS
- Climate & wellbeing surveys
- Team building initi...
