About Crown
We exist to make money work better. Crown removes friction to integrate the Brazilian Real into the blockchain economy without compromising trust, security, or regulatory compliance. We created BRLV, a digital asset fully backed 1:1 by Brazilian sovereign bonds, designed to serve as the secure settlement layer of the tokenized economy. We are backed by Paradigm, Framework, Valor, Norte, Coinbase Ventures, Paxos, and Ed Wible (co-founder of Nubank). Our ambition: R$1 trillion in BRLV in circulation within the next 10 years.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You will own people operations and office management end-to-end for a small, fast-moving team. There is no existing admin function to inherit. You will build processes from scratch, work directly with external providers, and progressively reduce the founders’ involvement in day-to-day operations.
