Role Summary
Hands-on Performance & App Growth Manager responsible for acquiring new users in a scalable and profitable way, both on the website and on iOS and Android apps. Full focus on acquisition (paid + organic), funnel optimization, and daily execution to maximize installs, registrations, and first deposits (FTD).
Key Responsibilities
- Daily execution and full-funnel optimization: manage paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display, ASA, App Install, Retargeting) and organic channels (ASO + SEO) from zero to first deposit.
- Hands-on app growth ownership: drive iOS and Android app growth, including ASO, store creatives, app-specific campaigns, and install-to-registration optimization.
