Position: Performance EngineerLocation: ElblągType of work: hybrid (3 days per week in office)Salaries: base+ financial bonus Responsibilities:Gathering sub-system predictions of component behaviour for integration into system level predictions using thermodynamic modelsTo develop and maintain a functional understanding of the propulsion system of the propulsion system e.g., compressor stability, combustion stability, controls system requirements and behaviourTo define requirements, support, analyse and report on Aero engine performance verification testsTo maintain and develop toolsets, models, and data in accordance with the needs of the project and the performance functionDelivering defined technical packages and investigations against programme milestones, within agreed cost, timescale, and quality requirements.Being a point of contact in your engineering discipline and sharing subject-matter knowledge with both internal and external customers.Production and in-service engine suppo...
