PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale and optimize paid acquisition across both Member Growth (the people living in PadSplits) and Host Growth (the people who own the PadSplits). This role is critical to driving efficient, data‑driven growth by managing campaigns across multiple paid channels while continuously improving performance through testing and experimentation. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach, lowering acquisition costs, and unlocking new growth opportunities that will impact our mission to help solve the affordable housing crisis.
