Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and target companies to understand their views, needs, and services to be provided in connection with their financial or operational situation.
- Perform cash flow modelling and sensitivity analysis.
- Strategically plan with business case and scenario modelling, including analyzing financial results and assessing the enterprise’s financial structure.
- Identify reasons for a business’s underperformance and assess ongoing viability.
