Performance Testing LeadLocation: Mexico City, Mexico – Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policyTime Zone: CST/ESTKey ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic initiatives and improvements/innovations with respect to performance testing and engineering.Define Non-Functional Requirements and conduct volumetric analysis independently.Drive and handle both release-based and program-based performance engineering tasks.Drill down into performance issues with multi-tier investigation and conduct root cause analysis, providing recommendations.Proficient in performance scripting tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload etc.Use APM tools (Splunk, Grafana, Datadog) to monitor real-time performance and identify system trends.Develop performance baselines and KPIs to measure ongoing system health.Communicate performance updates, issues, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and timely manner.Ensure the team follows best practices and processes for performance engineering and testing....
