About the Job
The Personal Assistant to an CEO of Allianz Technology provides secretarial and/or administrative support to the CEO ofAllianz Technology. The role supports in terms of administrative and general issues. In addition, the assistant ensuresthe correct execution of business support services to maximize the effi ciencies of the business to which the support isbeing provided.
What you do
- Act as contact and multiplicator on general employee queries and information, e.g. workplace information
- Receive, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, mail and email for assigned managers or business area,maintains their calendar and coordinates meetings
- Provide secretarial support by preparing correspondence, presentations, agendas, minutes etc.
