Job Description
As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will support attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution. This role focuses on case investigation, medical records management, legal document drafting, and client communication. You will play a key role in ensuring cases progress efficiently while working closely with attorneys, clients, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and factual research related to personal injury matters, including liability, damages, and negligence.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.
