Personal Injury Solicitor (Military) – NQ, 3 Years PQE
Cardiff / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE). Job REF: 3780.
Responsibilities
- This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team specialising in bringing claims against the Ministry of Defence where failures in duty of care have resulted in illness or avoidable injury.
- Responsible for a varied caseload of military‑related matters, including military deafness, cold and heat injuries, and other service‑related illnesses and injuries.
- Make a real impact by handling military deafness claims.
Qualifications
- Applications are sought from Military Personal Injury Solicitors with up to 3 years’ PQE and claimant litigation experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Experience in noise‑induced hearing loss cases would be advantageous.
