Job Description
**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Responsible for personnel logistics (foreigner and Brazilians), following company travel rules. (Request: cars, hotel airline and road tickets), for:
- Crew change logistics (embarking and disembarking)
- Training and medical demands.
- Office demands.
- Responsible for staff boarding planning, following shift schedule, vacation, and training.
- Responsible for monitoring lodging and meals costs.
- Responsible for controlling travel costs by requesting area.
- Responsible for validating proformas of services provided.
- KPI measurement for the activity.
- Issuance of activity reports.
**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Administration or similar degree
**Experience**
- 3 - 5 years previous experience in a similar position.
- Previous work in a multinational oil company is desirable.
