This hands-on role involves managing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and reporting directly to the Finance Director. Strong IFRS knowledge and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience are required, including handling Peruvian tax compliance.
Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is mandatory due to regular communication with US stakeholders. The organization cannot provide employment visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in Peru.
