The University of Agder is seeking a PhD Research Fellow in Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) based in Kristiansand, Norway. The role involves conducting research on how digital technologies can enable or constrain development opportunities. Candidates should possess a master’s degree with a solid project proposal, strong analytical and communication skills, and a motivation to work independently as well as in teams.
