A three-year PhD Research Fellowship is available at the Section for Cancer Cytogenetics, Department of Pathology, Oslo University Hospital, Norway.
The PhD project focuses on investigating the cellular and molecular heterogeneity of soft tissue sarcomas (STS), a rare and diverse group of malignant tumors originating from mesenchymal tissue. The aim of the project is to identify prognostic and predictive biomarkers using the latest advanced technique, spatial transcriptomics, in combination with genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and histology at the single-cell level.
