Qualifications/Experience:
- Must possess a current unencumbered NYS license as a Registered Professional Physical Therapist, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or international equivalent
- Geriatric experience preferred
- A current unrestricted driver’s license and dependable transportation
