Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist Diagnose and treat individuals with health-related conditions, illnesses or injuries that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunction and use interventions to treat patients. Identify and document goals as well as anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation.
