Nuvance Health, formerly known as Western Connecticut Health, has as excellent opportunity for a full-time, employed Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with mostly outpatient coverage. No evenings, weekends, or call. Danbury is located about 60 miles northeast of New York City in suburban Fairfield County and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York State.
The ideal candidate will be a board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous Hematology/Oncology experience and looking to join a dedicated and collegial team. This position requires a minimum formal education of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant training, State of CT license, and Federal DEA and CT Controlled Substance Registration.
