**Position Highlights**
+ Full-time 1.0 FTE opportunity with a unique rotating schedule designed to support work-life balance
+ Clinic hours:
+ Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
+ Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
+ Rotating 2-week schedule with only 8 working days per pay period:
+ Week 1: 5 shifts
+ Week 2: 3 shifts
+ Collaborative team environment with dedicated support staff:
+ 1 LVN assigned per provider
+ Strong operational and clinical support model
+ Manageable daily patient volume averaging 23–30 patients per day
+ Adult-focused practice primarily serving patients ages 18+ Excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy building relationships with the geriatric population
