Job Description

                Specialty:  Medical Oncologist (HematologyOncology)  
  
Coverage Needs : May 18th (or ASAP) - Ongoing  
6 days of coverage per month needed  
  
Shifts:  Wednesday - Friday 8a-5p  
Every other week  
  
Support Staff:  MA, RN, NP/PA  
  
Census:  On average12 patients/day  
30-minute follow ups, 60 min consults  
  
Procedures:  Mostly Hematology but may need to see solid tumors  
  
EMR:  Epic  
  
Board Certification:  Board Certified  
  
Travel:  Hospital will cover  
  
Credentialing timeline:  30-60 days
